Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Wednesday issued a Royal Decree No (23/2022) on amending some provisions of the Administrative Court Law.
Article (1) says that the amendments attached to this decree shall be applied to the aforementioned Administrative Court Law.
Article (2) cancels all that contradicts this decree—or the amendments attached herewith—or contravenes their provisions.
Article (3) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from the day following its date of publishing.
