Muscat: Her Highness the Honourable Lady Assayida Ahd Abdullah Hamed al Busaidi,Spouse of HM the Sultan of Oman, has addressed a message of greetings on Teacher’s Day, the 24th of February.
The message reads as follows:
“The progress of nations is measured by the attention accorded to education and scholars. While we celebrate Teacher's Day, I would like to express our gratitude to each teacher and scholar who has contributed to the education of the citizens of this dear homeland and to the high status of the Sultanate of Oman. I would like to voice our congratulations, thanks and appreciation for all the efforts that you have exerted. You take the credit for the advancement of this country and its loyal people. Our deep gratitude to you! All your endeavours are highly recognized. Happy Teacher’s Day.”
