"The spread of low clouds over the governorates of Musandam, Al Buraimi, Al Dhahirah, and parts of the coasts of Muscat and the coasts of Al Wusta, and rising dust over the desert and open areas of the governorates of Al Wusta, Dhofar, Al Dhahirah, the coasts of the Arabian Sea and the coasts of the Sea of Oman may lead to a decrease in horizontal visibility."
