MoH reports 1440 new cases, 4 deaths; drop in hospitalization rate

Muscat: The Ministry of Health (MOH) on Thursday reported 1,440 new cases and 4 deaths in the last 24 hours.


The total number of cases registered in the Sultanate has now reached 372,060, including 4,225 deaths.


The total number of recoveries is 349,666 while the recovery rate is 94 percent.


In the last 24 hours, 79 patients were admitted to hospitals across the Sultanate of Oman, and the total number of inpatients is 340, including 72 in the Intensive Care Units (ICU).
