Musca: The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources held a meeting on Thursday under the chairmanship of Saud Hamoud al Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources.
The meeting discussed investment projects in the fields of agriculture, livestock and fisheries in the Governorate of Muscat.
Al Habis underscored the major role of the ministry in serving and achieving food security.
The meeting also discussed the plans and programmes submitted by the Agriculture and Water Resources Department in the Governorate of Muscat on the work progress and the next stage plans, as well as reviewing the most important potential challenges.
The meeting was attended by the undersecretaries, director generals and specialists in the ministry. --ONA
