MUSCAT: From February 1-5, 2022, Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre will organize and host Oman Perfume Show 2022 – which promises to be a spectacular showcase and celebration of fine perfumes, fragrances and frankincense.
The show will bring together over 100 local, regional and international perfume brands and fragrance houses all under one roof at Oman’s premier events venue in the heart of Muscat — the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre (OCEC).
Over five days, Oman Perfume Show 2022 will offer an estimated 5,000 visitors the opportunity to indulge in and sample an array of exquisite fragrances, perfumes, frankincense, and other luxury aromatic products.
Visitors will also enjoy exclusive product discounts from exhibitors during the show, and have the opportunity to mix with like-minded individuals with a love for luxury perfumes. The event will also be accompanied by a fashion show and various live events organized by the OCEC team.
For exhibitors, Oman Perfume Show 2022 will be a prime opportunity to showcase and launch products to a highly specific, purchase-ready target audience. The show’s visitor profile includes high net worth individuals with a passion for perfume, social media influencers, luxury goods retailers and distributors, fragrance designers, beauty and lifestyle professionals, and other important figures in the industry.
As a high-profile event on Muscat and Oman’s social calendar, the show is the ideal platform for exhibitors to maintain their brands’ competitive edge in the local, regional, and international market.
Speaking about Oman Perfume Show 2022, Said al Shanfari, CEO – OCEC, stated, “We are delighted to welcome the luxury fragrance world through our doors over five days in February 2022. As a country, Oman is held in high esteem as one of the world’s ‘fragrance capitals’ and Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre is perfectly positioned – both in terms of location, and expertise in organizing and hosting events of this nature – to deliver a truly exceptional Oman Perfume Show 2022 for all visitors and guests, as well as exhibitors and sponsors. We hope you are as excited about celebrating the finest perfumes, fragrances and frankincense as we are.”
The Sultanate of Oman has a long and rich fragrance tradition. Today it remains a land of magnificent scents – from the exquisite aromas of fine-quality frankincense sourced from Salalah and Dhofar in southern Oman, to the delicate, sweet-smelling rosewater distilled in villages high up in Oman’s Al Hajar mountains, to Arabian oud and bukhoor traded in souqs and marketplaces around the country. Oman Perfume Show 2022 will serve to celebrate this rich tradition in Oman, while also showcasing the hottest trends in contemporary perfume culture.
