MUSCAT: The Ministry of Health has recently signed two agreements with Oman LNG to finance health projects.

This generous support comes in realisation of the objectives of Oman LNG to enhance its social responsibility and realize Oman Vision 2040 goals aimed at developing the health sector and improving health services in the Sultanate of Oman.

The first agreement states that Oman LNG finances the purchase of three advanced medical endoscopes for early diagnosis of cancers for the Royal Hospital to improve preventive medicine in the Sultanate of Oman.

The second agreement states that Oman LNG purchases five complete blood count (CBC) analysers for health centres in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate.

The agreements were signed by Dr Fatima bint Mohammed al Ajmiyah, Under-Secretary for Administrative, Financial and Planning Affairs, and Dr Amer bin Nasser al Matani, CEO of Oman LNG. — ONA
