MUSCAT: Oman Oil Marketing Company (OOMCO) has commenced operations at its new central warehouse in Al Sawadi, with the support of its long-term partner, Al Madina Logistics Services (ALMS). The 2,900 sqm facility has the capacity for 4,500 pallet positions, serving to accommodate the increasing demand for OOMCO’s lubricants across the Sultanate of Oman, while helping the company continue to deliver on its 'You Trust We Care' promise.
“The new centralized warehouse in Al Sawadi will ease our lubricants supply chain processes. With direct access from the main road of Al Batinah Highway and the Expressway, the location will allow us to expand our reach beyond the populated areas in Muscat and permit shorter delivery times,” said Talib Omar al Maadi, Supply Chain General Manager at Oman Oil Marketing Company. “We are always working on building valuable long-term partnerships with local companies and our collaboration with Al Madina Logistics Services is a great addition. Its expertise, equipment and information technology will certainly be an added value to our growing operations.”
