Muscat: Maj Gen Fahad Mubarak al Khayareen, Commander of Joaan bin Jassim Joint Command and Staff College of the State of Qatar, visited the National Defence College (NDC) on Tuesday.
Upon his arrival, the Qatari military official was received by Air Vice Marshal Eng Saleh Yahya al Maskari, NDC Commandant. The guest was briefed on the college's facilities and equipment, as well as various departments and halls designed according to the latest specifications and equipped with the best educational systems, training aids and multi-purpose electronic network systems. --ONA
