His Majesty receives National Day greetings from Shura Council Chairman

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has received greetings on the occasion of the 51st Glorious National Day from Khalid Hilal al Maawali, Chairman of the Shura Council.


“On my own behalf and on behalf of members of the Shura Council, I am honoured to greet Your Majesty on the 51st National Day, wishing that the Almighty Allah would protect you and grant you good health and a long life,” said Al Maawali.


Al Maawali expressed his appreciation of the Royal directives of His Majesty the Sultan to accelerate the pace of services, the employment of youth and the devising of elaborate plans and programmes.


“The Omani Shura march is progressing in line with Your Majesty’s Royal visionary planning. Your Majesty’s support for sustainable development constitutes an element of pride for this nation. We pray to the Almighty Allah to bestow His riches on Your Majesty and to protect you and Omani people. We pray to Him to eternalize the bounties of security, peace and stability on Oman.
