Suhar: Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), North Al Batinah branch, organised a meeting between representatives of the US Embassy in the Sultanate of Oman and business people in the governorate.
The meeting aimed at reviewing investment opportunities as per the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) signed between the two countries.
The event was attended by Eng Ridha Juma al Saleh, OCCI Chairman and some officials from the government and private sectors in the governorate.
During the meeting, Chief of the Political/Economic Section at the US Embassy gave a presentation on the incentives offered by the FTA between Oman and the US.
On his turn, Chief Commercial Officer at the US Embassy touched on horizons of the economic cooperation between the two countries. --ONA
