The Sultanate of Oman will celebrate the 51st National Day of the Renaissance on November 18 with great joy and jubilation.


Also, Omanis are looking forward to a flourishing period and a more prosperous future under the leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, a period of fresh aspirations for a more developed nation.


Rekindling the memories of a brilliant past and aspiring for a better future, the people are certain to realise their new dreams and renewed hopes armed with a strong spirit of patriotism and a success story that lasted for 51 years of the Omani Renaissance.


Next Thursday, November 18, patriotic feelings of the loyal citizens, young and old, will be at a high level while the preparations for the celebrations are in full swing. Motivated by a true love for their inspiring leader His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik who is guiding the country to new horizons of development and prosperity, the united loyal people of the Sultanate of Oman are moving steadily towards further progress and prosperity for the nation and the future generations.


In these days of November and while the country is witnessing a festive mood, citizens are fervently preparing for the auspicious occasion by raising the flag of the Sultanate of Oman, decorating their houses with the pictures of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik along with those of the late Sultan Qaboos, may Allah Almighty have mercy on his soul, to whom they are greatly grateful for the countless achievements he had made over 50 years, while renewing their pledge of allegiance and loyalty to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.


Shoppers can be seen in markets buying the national flags and pictures of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik in a symbolic indicator that embodies their love for the country and the leader and expressing their jubilation on the glorious National Day of the Renaissance.


While celebrating the National Day, Omanis are determined to move to a period of renewed achievements armed by a strong faith in their ability to give more and more to consolidate their past achievements.
