Work on 22 units at Hai al Naseem progressing well

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has said the work on 22 housing units at the Hai al Naseem neighborhood in Barka as per the 'Sorouh' initiative is in its advanced stages.


The residential units will be offered up for investment to Omani citizens currently on the ministry's waiting list for government plots. Those who have applied tor plot in Batinah South and Muscat Governorates are guaranteed options to buy these homes. If the demand is less than anticipated, the project could be opened up for citizens from other locations. In a statement, the officials that the project is expected to be fully completed in 2027.


Coming up on a 350,000 sqm plot of government land at Barka, Hai al Naseem is a mixed-use development offering a wide array of residential units surrounded by integrated facilities, while also incorporating commercial facilities, recreational services, public parks, and community amenities.


Residential options on offer include 132 semi-detached villas (3-5 BHK), 320 apartments (3-4 BHK), 120 detached villas (3-5 BHK), and 479 townhouses (3-4 BHK).
