Muscat: HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Affairs received at his office in Al Murtafaa Garrison on Sunday Gen Sir Nicholas Carter, British Chief of the Defence Staff.
The two sides reviewed the relations between the two countries and discussed several matters of common interest.
They also explored spheres of the existing military cooperation between the defence ministries of the Sultanate of Oman and the United Kingdom (UK), as well as means of strengthening them to serve the joint interests of the two countries. --ONA
