Majid bin Saeed bin Sulaiman al Bahri, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Education for Administrative and Financial Affairs, concluded his visit to schools in Dhofar. His visit aimed to review the progress made in the educational sector to achieve the desired goals.
Al Bahri interacted with educational officials in the governorate and reviewed important developments, mechanisms and plans to implement administrative and financial decisions.
He also held meetings with the schools’ administrative and teaching staff members and took stock of educational work there. He visited classrooms to assess facilities and level of students.
Yaqoub bin Saif bin Muhammad al Shehimi, Director-General of the General-Directorate of Education in the Governorate of Dhofar, the ministry’s general directors, officials and educators accompanied the under-secretary during the visit.
The under-secretary praised the efforts towards improving the educational institutions in the governorate. He put stress on coordination between various authorities in the ministry and the governorate’s educational institutions.
