Muscat: Activities of the 3rd Resuscitation and Research Conference began at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) Hospital on Sunday under the auspices of HH Sayyid Dr Fahad Al Julanda al Said, SQU Vice-Chancellor.
The two-day online conference is organized by the Emergency Medicine Department at SQU Hospital in partnership with the Omani Society for Emergency Medicine (OSEM).
The conference deals with many topics including cardiopulmonary and shock resuscitation, intravenous solutions and inotropic resuscitation, as well as the use of ultrasound in critical cases and resuscitation in the cases of poisoning.
Pediatric emergency medicine, resident doctors and nursing are also among the conference's topics. --ONA
