Muscat: The National Committee for Emergency Management (NCEM) has completed the restoration work of essential services in several wilayats in the governorates of North and South al Batinah.
In South Batinah, basic services have been fully restored, while in North Batinah, electricity has been restored 96 percent, water services (100%), telecom (100%), fuel supply (100%), unpaved road (83%), paved road (97%), and waste management (68%).
