Sarah al Hamzy -
Even when you end up getting a bad cup of coffee, you still find yourself going back for more. Some people find that extra bitter coffee can be better at waking you up. When that first sip touches your lips, something clicks in your brain saying “I'm ready to tackle the day and anything it throws at me!” It helps you deal with all the stress while keeping you alert to make it through whatever obstacles stand before you.
Most people wouldn’t even think about starting their day without a hot (or cold) cup of joe. If those people would dedicate the same commitment that they do to their cup of coffee, they would be able to harness that attribute and convert it to the potential for success.
Alongside your morning cup, it’s the two of you who can build a synergetic team. The team of “you” vying your commitment to your cup of coffee to your commitment of rising above, even during trying times. This is the level of dedication that will help you to reach the top of your sunlit door of success.
Just as sure as you are that you will start every day with a refreshing and stimulating breakfast beverage, be sure of everything you do. Even when bad days are present, because we all know they come out of nowhere, but stay strong. The hopes that you’ve harvested inside of you are extraordinarily important, no matter how bad your day, week, or month has gone. You are the force that is required to carry on. Strongly go on about your day, no matter what! Live life today like there is no tomorrow.
Take a look at yourself and then take a look at those around you. You’re not the only one who has faced hard times. If life is good and positive energy is working in your favor, relish it, and spread that feeling to others. You could be the light in someone's time of darkness. If shadows have been cast on your world, fear not, for the rays of hope will soon shine upon you! Just as important as remembering that morning cup of coffee, remember that positive thoughts attract positive vibes! If it weren’t for the hard times, you would not have identifiable goals set to reach nor would you be the person you are today or even the person you need to become tomorrow.
Your success as an individual is predicated on learning from today’s obstacles and surprises. Stay vigilant, don’t be senseless by waiting for things to magically happen on their own accord. You will miss 100 per cent of the shots you don’t take and your chances of hitting one go up with every attempt. Learn, adapt, overcome.
Be committed to life and being the best person you can be no matter what. Commit yourself just as you commit to that daily dose of coffee. Look at it this way, the bitterness in a coffee can be changed by simply switching to a new brand. If something in your life needs to be changed, it’s up to you to find something better and make the switch.
Love your Coffee. Love your Life. Love Yourself.
