Royal flights, RGO lend support to relief missions

Muscat: Helicopters of the Royal Flights (at the Royal Court Affairs) coordinated with the Royal Guard of Oman (RGO) in operating flights to areas affected by the tropical cyclone /Shaheen/. The aim is to lend support to relief missions addressing the needs of citizens there.


Rescue and relief teams, operating under the supervision of the National Civil Defence Committee, provided logistic support in the wilayats of A'Suwaiq, Al Khabourah and Saham.


Meanwhile, a number of technicians kept working to repair a breakdown in telecommunication stations in the Governorate of North Al Batinah. —ONA is
