Movement of vehicles suspended in Muscat, South, North Batinah

Authorities have decided to cut off all kinds of vehicular movement in the governorates of North and South al Batinah except for emergency and humanitarian reasons.


Authorities will not allow the movement of vehicles in Muscat Governorate, except on the Muscat Expressway and for the movement of emergency vehicles, following reports of stranded vehicles in different parts of the city.


Several health institutions in North al Batinah Governorate will be closed from this morning until Tuesday morning.


Meanwhile, ten people were rescued due to rainwater entering their house in the Qurum area in the Wilayat of Muttrah, all of whom are in good health.
