Foreign Affairs Minister of Bahrain visits Oman

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik received a written message from King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The message was handed over to His Highness Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, when he received Dr. Abdullatif Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in Muscat on Tuesday.


During the meeting, they exchanged cordial conversations and reviewed the relations between the two brotherly countries and means of promoting them in various areas. The meeting was attended by Sayyid Badr Hamad al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, the Secretary General and the two advisors in the office of Sayyid Asa'ad, and Dr. Juma Ahmed Al Ka’abi, Ambassador of Bahrain to the Sultanate.


Dr Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and his accompanying delegation arrived on Tuesday. The Bahraini minister was received upon his arrival by Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Dr. Juma Ahmed Al Ka’abi, Ambassador of Bahrain to the Sultanate and Dr. Khalid Said Al Jaradi, Head of the Protocols Department in the Foreign Ministry.


Dr Al Zayani and his accompanying delegation left after a short visit to the Sultanate. The Bahraini official was seen off by Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Dr. Juma Ahmed Al Ka’abi, Ambassador of Bahrain to the Sultanate and Dr. Khalid Said Al Jaradi, Head of the Protocols Department in the Foreign Ministry. -- ONA
