Muscat: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion (MOCIIP) has reacted to social media reports about the issue of quality of fuel supplied in some Governorates of the Sultanate.

The ministry has been taking samples of fuel from filling stations in the various governorates of the Sultanate.

Motorists have been complaining that they have been not getting desired results, related to mileage, due to poor quality of fuel.

According to experts, poor fuel quality issues can also have maintenance issues with vehicles in the long run.
