Royal Court Affairs conducts evaluation for new recruits

MUSCAT: In response to the Royal directives issued by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, to speed up the implementation of the employment initiatives, the Royal Court Affairs conducted evaluation tests for new recruits in Salalah which was advertised on June 9 in coordination with the Ministry of Labour.


The first phase of the sort-out and evaluation processes began on Sunday amid precautionary measures against coronavirus in cooperation with the Medical Services Department of the Sultan’s Armed Forces. The process will last for four days following which successful applicants will undergo physical fitness tests after passing the medical examination phase. Those who pass all the stages will move to personal interviews which will be conducted on the last two days of the evaluation process.


Successful candidates will then undergo military training at the soldiers training and qualifying centre at the Royal Court Affairs security unit as part of an integrated military training. They will also study military sciences and various knowledge to enable them to perform their duties at various units of the Royal Court Affairs. — ONA
