Muscat: Water production in the Sultanate increased by 6.5% to reach 475 million cubic meters until the end of 2020, compared to 446.8 million cubic meters in the same period in 2019.
In the Governorate of Muscat, the water production rose by 41.7% to reach 205.2 million cubic meters, compared to 144.7 million cubic meters in 2019.
The water per capita reached 79.8 cubic meter. The distributed water through water delivery systems increased by 3.2% to cover 718,009 subscribers.--ONA
