MoH, Nizwa University sign agreement

MUSCAT: The Ministry of Health (MoH), represented by the Directorate General of Human Development (DGHD) signed an agreement with the University of Nizwa to train the students of Pharmacy and Nursing College at the University headquarters on Monday.


The agreement was signed by Dr Ahmed al Abri, DGHD Director General on behalf of the Ministry and Dr Salim bin Said al Toobi, Dean of Pharmacy and Nursing College, on behalf of the University.


The agreement stipulated using the health facilities of the Ministry of Health to train the students of Pharmacy and Nursing College of the University of Nizwa.


As part of the facilitations provided by the MoH for the private higher education institutions, this agreement is the second and the fourth one within similar agreements aiming to acquire the students the scientific and applied knowledge in their specialisations.
