Pact inked to manage, operate and utilize Jabreen Castle in Bahla

Muscat: The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism signed an agreement with Al Theqa Investment company to manage, operate and utilize Jabreen Castle in the Wilayat of Bahla, Al Dakhiliyah Governorate.


The agreement was signed by Eng Ibrahim Said al Kharusi, the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Heritage and Abdullah Hamad al Alawai, representative of the company.


The agreement comes within the framework of the ministry's efforts to enable the SMEs to enrich the cultural tourism and revive the cultural sites. This comes as part of the ministry’s endeavours in maximizing the in-country value by creating a sustainable tourism sector which aligns perfectly with Oman’s rich heritage and Oman Vision 2040. --ONA
