MUSCAT: Former Oman and Indian hockey coach SAS Naqvi has lost his elder daughter Wajida Jafri, who passed away in Indian city of Bangalore on Monday. Wajida was suffering from Covid-19 and was in ICU for two months.
She is survived by two daughters Dr Shazi and Dr Sarah and two grandchildren along with her husband Dr Shahid Jafri. Naqvi expressed his deep sorrow and shock in the demise of his 60-year-old daughter.
