Muscat: The Ministry of Health (MOH) on Wednesday reported 1,640 new cases of Covid-19 and 19 deaths.
The total number of cases registered in the Sultanate has now reached 230,219, including 2,467 deaths.
The total number of recoveries is 207,795 while the recovery rate is 90.3 percent.
164 people were admitted to hospitals across the country, taking the total number of inpatients to 1,065, including 345 in intensive care units.
