RIYADH: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sent a written message to his brother King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud of Saudi Arabia.
The message pertains to the strong fraternal relations binding the two countries and peoples as well as enhancing joint cooperation between the two countries.
The message was delivered by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud al Busaidi, Foreign Minister when he was received by Prince Faisal bin Farhan al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Sayyid Badr conveyed the greetings of His Majesty to his brother the king of Saudi Arabia along with his wishes of good health and happiness and the Saudi people continued progress and prosperity.
Prince Faisal asked Sayyid Badr to convey the greetings and best wishes of King Salman to His Majesty along with his best wishes of permanent progress and prosperity to the Omani people
The two sides reviewed the existing bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways of bolstering them in various fields, and discussed the latest developments in the regional and international arenas.
The meeting was attended by HH Sayyid Faisal bin Turki al Said, the Sultanate's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the accompanying delegation. — ONA
