The Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology said that the owner of the ship named (Shiv Shakti), which bears the flag of India, and stranded off the shore of the Daymaniyat Islands in Barka, must retrieve remove it from the current location.
The owner gets seven days to remove the ship from the location.
The Ministry confirmed that in the event of non-implementation of the above within the specified period, the Ministry will take legal measures in accordance with the Law Regulating Maritime Navigation in Territorial Waters issued by Royal Decree 98/81.
