Asawer Real Estate and Al Mokhtar Real Estate Company has signed an agreement to market and promote a commercial complex in Al Khoud.
Eng. Siham bint Ahmed al Harthy said the company's objectives are in line with Oman Vision 2040, which considers real estate as an important sector in creating jobs.
She pointed out that the company was able during the last period to attract national cadres and employ them in leadership and supervisory positions, as well as put forward a number of initiatives to train young men and employ them, in addition to a plan for a special training program for girls to qualify them to enter the real estate market.
Dawood al Hinai said the market project consists of 99 commercial stores and will be completed by end of this month as work started in May 2020 last year.
