Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) on Thursday said, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, a new online system has been developed for termination services.
ROP said, while terminating an employee, the sponsor or his representative need not accompany the employee at the airport to finish his departure procedures.
ROP said employers can do this online and obtain a departure certificate for the terminated employee.
