The Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technology (MTCIT) has invited proposals to develop and operate Port of Khasab and Port of Shinas
"MTCIT invites interested parties on a concessionary agreement to develop and operate Port of Khasab and Port of Shinas. The term of the concession period will be mutually agreed upon based on an investment basis. Both ports are involved in domestic and international trade, equipped with basic infrastructure and offices for concerned government agencies. Interested Parties may e-mail their interest and profile to the Directorate General of Ports, (MTCIT) at sami.baabbad@mtcit.gov.om before June 20, 2021," the statement said.
