Asawer Real Estate Company has signed an agreement with Muscat Hills Joint Development Company, the real estate developer of Muscat Pavilion smart office project located in Muscat Hills.
Muscat Hills Joint Development Company is the real estate developer of the project, which comes after the merger of Tathmeer Development Company and Al Mokhtar Real Estate Company.
The agreement was signed by Siham al Harthy from Asawer Real Estate Company, and by Dawood Sulaiman al Hinai and Abdul Rahim al Kharousi, on the part of Muscat Hills Joint Development Company.
“The unique Pavilion smart offices project achieves a shift in investment and an attractive business environment,” said Siham al Harthy
Al Hinai said the value of the project is RO 33 million and the construction works will start next week.
