Agreement signed for entertainment center

Muscat: A land usufruct agreement was signed on Tuesday to establish a commercial entertainment center in the Special Economic Zone in  Duqm (SEZAD), spread over an area of 10,500 sqm, with a total value estimated at RO5 million.

In the first phase, the mall will include facilities such as cinemas, virtual reality games, an indoor golf course, restaurants, and shops.
