Dhofar, Al Nasr post victories in HM Cup hockey

MUSCAT: Dhofar edged Seeb 1-0 in the first match of the final round of His Majesty’s Cup hockey championship at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Bausher late on Wednesday. Pakistan player Muhammad Imran netted the winner for Dhofar in the 68th minute. In the second match of the day, Al Nasr scraped past Bausher 3-2 in a pulsating encounter. For Al Nasr, Mohammed Amin scored in 39th and 67th minutes, while Muhammed Aleem found the target in the 50th minute. For Bausher, Ali Hussian netted in the 61st minute and Ali Shan scored another in the next minute.
