Discussion on Oman economic horizons

MUSCAT: Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), represented by the Humanitarian Research Centre, on Sunday organised a panel discussion under the theme “Forecasting Horizons of the Omani Economy”. The discussion, which was held under the auspices of Shaikh Khalid bin Hilal al Maawali, Majlis Ash’shura Chairman, covered a range of themes on the Omani economy in light of the current developments of the global economy namely the future of the Omani economy in light of oil price drop and the future alternatives to ensure financial sustainability of the state. — ONA
