MUSCAT: The Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) on Thursday celebrated the opening of Muscat Air Traffic Control Centre that cost more than RO 25 million in a ceremony held under the patronage of Dr Yahya bin Mahfoudh al Mantheri, Chairman of the State Council.
