Education ministry opens technical lab

MUSCAT: The ministry of education on Wednesday launched a technical laboratory at the Operations and Technical Support Department of the Directorate General of Information Technology. The launching ceremony was presided over by Saud bin Salim al Balushi, Under-Secretary for Education Planning and Human Resources Development at the Ministry of Education. The aim of the project is to keep pace with the latest developments in technology. The lab is equipped with a 3D printer and technological devices designed to help the students in understanding the curricula.
