173 Omani, Gulf, international standards sold

MUSCAT: The number of Omani, Gulf and international standards sold by the National Centre for Point Query and Information at the Directorate-General for Standards and Metrology in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry during January 1 to the end of December 2016 stood at 173. The international standard included ISO, IEC, Omani standards and Gulf standards for many sectors, such as chemistry, textile, mechanical and metal products, electrical and electronic products, foodstuff and agricultural production, construction, oil and gas and others.
