Mantheri returns after four-day Pakistan visit

MUSCAT: Dr Yahya bin Mahfoudh al Mantheri, Chairman of the State Council, and his accompanying delegation returned on Saturday evening after their official four-day long visit to Pakistan. The visit was in response to an official invitation received from Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani, to augment bilateral ties and cooperation besides enhancing parliamentary cooperation between Pakistan and Oman. During the visit, Dr Al Mantheri was received by Mamnoon Hussain, the President of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif, the Prime Minister, Mian Raza Rabbani, Chairman of Senate and Sartaj Aziz, Adviser to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs.
