FAO efforts hailed in achieving food security

MUSCAT: Ahmed bin Abdullah al Shuhi, Minister of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources, received at the General Diwan of the Ministry Nora Ourabah Haddad, Representative of the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) in the Sultanate. Al Shuhi hailed FAO efforts in achieving food security. The meeting discussed aspects of the existing cooperation between the ministry and FAO in the field of developing and achieving food security in the Sultanate. The meeting was attended by Hamad bin Sulaiman al Gharibi, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources for Regional Municipalities. — ONA
