Jordanian delegation visits ROP department

MUSCAT: A delegation from the Public Security Directorate (PSD) in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan visited the Directorate General of Human Resources, Officers Institute and the Forensic Laboratory of the Royal Oman Police (ROP). The delegation was briefed on the workflow of the departments and their functions, besides touring their facilities. The delegation also visited the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences (SQAPS) and the tourist landmarks in the Wilayat of Nizwa. The visit comes within the framework of the existing cooperation between the ROP and the PSD, besides enhancing this cooperation between the two sides, particularly in police areas. — ONA
