BOOST TO OMAN-GERMAN ties

MUSCAT: Shaikh Khalid bin Hilal al Maawali, Chairman of Majlis Ash’shura, received on Wednesday a delegation of the Economic and Energy Affairs Committee at the Bundestag. During the meeting, Al Maawali gave a briefing on march of the Shura in the Sultanate. The meeting touched on the Omani-German bilateral relations and means of promoting them, particularly in the parliamentary areas. The meeting was attended by Eng Mohammed bin Abu Bakhar al Ghassani, Deputy Chairman of Majlis Ash’shura and Ali bin Nassir al Mahrooqi, Secretary-General of the Majlis, and Head of the Economic Committee at the Majlis. — ONA
