MUSCAT: Shaikh Khalid bin Omar al Marhoon, Minister of Civil Service, received in his office on Monday Lord Francis Maude, Member of the UK House of Lords and former minister of state for trade and investment. During the meeting, Shaikh Al Marhoon touched on the strong historic relations binding the Sultanate and the UK. The meeting dealt with prerogatives of the Ministry of Civil Service.
