Water supply to be hit tomorrow

By Kabeer Yousuf — MUSCAT: FEB. 7 - Water supply will be partially affected in some parts of Muttrah, Ruwi, Wattayah, Qurum, Wadi Adai, Al Bustan and Amerat for 12 hours starting from 7 pm on Thursday, due to some repair and maintenance works. A senior official at the Public Authority for Electricity and Water (PAEW) said some lines carrying water to these areas need to be replaced. “Some old pipes would be replaced with new ones to ensure uninterrupted supply,” he said.
