Media event on ‘Jawahat Oman’ in Lithuania

VILNIUS: Dr Abdulmunim bin Mansour al Hasani, Minister of Information, met at the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius on Wednesday evening with Linas Linkevicius, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania. The meeting comes on the sidelines of the media event themed “Jawhar Oman” scheduled to be held from February 9 to 28. The two sides exchanged cordial conversations. They also touched on the relations binding the two friendly countries and means of promoting them in various spheres particularly in the media field. The Lithuanian side expressed keenness to cooperate in several technological industries, as well as tourism, agriculture and education areas.
