HM congratulates German President

MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has sent a cable of congratulations to Dr Frank-Walter Steinmeier on the occasion of him being elected as a President of the Federal Republic of Germany. In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes of success to President Steinmeier, the friendly people of Germany further progress and the friendship relations between the two countries further progress and prosperity.
