MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has received a cable of thanks from Shaikh Sabah al Ahmed al Jabir al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, in reply to His Majesty’s congratulatory cable on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
