Fatma finishes second in Paris

PARIS: Oman’s Fatma al Nabhani and her Romanian partner Daiana Negreanu finished second in the $15,000 Le Havre ITF Women’s Circuit tournament in France on Friday. The Omani-Romanian duo lost the final fighting against third-seeded Belgian pair of Eleyne Boeykens and Kimberley Zimmermann 7-6 (5), 6-3 in the final. Russia’s Varvara Gracheva had beaten Fatma 6-4, 2-6, 6-1 in the singles on Wednesday.
